Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY (updated 1 Feb 21)
1. We deliver daily to most locations in Singapore. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will let you know as soon as we could and offer a refund for items you have paid for.
2. Minimum order for delivery is $90. You are welcome to pick up orders below $90 directly from the Brewery.
3. We will deliver your order by the end of the next day after we received your payment. If we are unable to deliver before this timeframe, we will inform you as soon as we could.
4. Orders with pre-order item(s) will be shipped out together once the pre-order item(s) become available.
5. Orders are mostly delivered by a third party logistics provider. Please ensure that somebody is present at the delivery address to receive the delivery. We will charge additional shipping fees to redeliver the items. You may pick up failed deliveries directly from the Brewery. You are required to reimburse us if we are charged a return fee by our third party logistics provider for failed deliveries.
