Returns / Refunds

We do not accept returns of beers once the beers leave the Brewery.

We do not offer refunds for purchases. 

Exchanges

We may replace items if they are damaged during transit from the Brewery to you. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please send an email to webstore@pinkblossomsbrewing.com within the same day you receive your delivery if you notice any damages on the items delivered to you.

You are required to send your damaged products to 50 Ubi Ave 3 #01-12, Singapore 408866. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the damaged products.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are unable to guarantee that your shipping service provider will deliver the items you send out to us.
